HJEM is a 3 or 6 month mentoring experience designed to bring you back to yourself. Because sustainable success, personally and professionally, doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes when you are deeply aligned with who you are.
This is not surface level coaching, it’s a grounded, deeply honest, and intentionally longer and slower paced working together in support of you, meeting you where you’re at and walking beside you to where you want to go.
HJEM was created on a tiny island amongst the fjords in Norway in the depths of my own life realignment, it was there I identified the beauty in the breakdown and the breaking away of the old and integrating the tools, insights, and confidence to step into the new.
The intention of the HJEM container is to deeply anchor you into your identity, values, direction and sense of self so you can move through life and business with clarity, groundedness, and self trust.
